A Breakfast blend of black tea from India and Sri Lanka. Medium-bodied and balanced,
this tea has more complexity than your typical breakfast blend and warrants
being served without milk and sugar,
although it can take both fairly well.
Brewing Suggestion:
Use spring or filtered water.
Heat water to 195°F.
Use 1 Satchet or 2.5g of tea per
12oz of water.
Steep for 5 minutes
