Roast Master Merle chose each bean variety to contribute a specific characteristic to the blend. He carefully hand-roasts them – some to a light roast, some to a medium, and some to a dark roast.
Sunrise Blend, while classed as mild, really has a lot of character to it. You will appreciate it’s mild flavor while enjoying the aroma and nuance flavors. Do you taste that hint of sweet?
