A classic blend of Chinese gunpowder tea and mint.
The gunpowder imparts a flavor of earthiness with
some vegetal notes, anchoring the brightness of the mint.
Serve it hot or over ice.
Brewing Suggestion:
Use spring or filtered water
Heat water to 175°F
Use 1 sachet or 2.5g of tea
per 12 oz. of water Steep 3-4
minutes.
